God DAMN Dustin is really hitting those notes. If you look at a performance from 3 years ago compared to this, the difference is night and day. He sounds spot on here. Absolutely amazing. Love you guys, hope I can see a live performance soon
As someone who usually don't watch live performances on youtube , but i did watched them - i can agree with you . I skipped Starset concerts last 3 years because they were pretty terrible , but i will watch them live in early 2020 :)
Branko Pasariček as someone who used to think they sounded terrible live, videos on youtube do not do them justice. They sound crazy good live. Glad I saw them at all stages of their career so far, cant wait to see them soon!
They actually did both at their EU tour. Either you had a NEW WEST demonstration or a REBELS demonstration. Depending on which one you had, the first part of the show was played with the respective costumes (the one in here is the -New West- Rebels). The second part was played in Space Suits, fully synchronized to the entire environment and music.
Not that I'm anyone...But I saw this guy doing vocal warmups in the men's bathroom in Portland Maine in about 2016? opening for lacuna Coil - I'll attest to the fact he put the work in! And preforming sounded amazing!
Despite the bad quality, I can tell he’s gotten much better at singing live. So glad to see a live concert of Starset playing My Demons that doesn’t make me disappointed, but then again, it requires yelling the vocals basically the whole length of the song, so I could see why it’s difficult to sing properly. Love this.
I’m sure there’s a reason for them ditching the spacesuits. Maybe they’re going to arrive on Earth between now and their third album. Think about it: Album 1: Transmissions. Sending messages out from the Starset Society Album 2: Vessels. Leaving the Starset Society to deliver their message in person. Album 3: Maybe they’re on Earth now and don’t need the spacesuits now?
Watched them last Saturday at Mohegan in Connecticut, along side Seether with Breaking Benjamin as the main performance. Plus Flyleaf right at the beginning of the night, All in all they were dope to hear in person and sound even better than this! The best part of the Night was Breaking Benjamin had Dustin come in and do a song with them.
