I am always glued to the screen as you methodically construct a LGB journal. I worked along with you as you developed the Golden Egg Book journal a while back but still much to do with that one. The signatures are prepared but need to be sewn in. Better get back to it as Easter will be here before we know it! 🐰I am excited to be organizing my creative space so it can be a joyful experience. I am getting roundtuit!
I enjoyed watching the process. Our "snowmageddon" lasted 2 days, but it's all melted now and just a memory.

When you mentioned you have a dedicated journal for happy mail it occurred to me that I can create a dedicated journal made only from incoming junk window envelopes and flyers. This way I will be producing journals almost non-stop and I am sure I will come up with ideas what to keep in them or write/draw in them. The thing is to start some kind of regular process. Routines make me creative, believe it or not.
I watch your show at my bed time and sometimes your soothing voice just Luls me to sleep. I wake up at the end of your show so I rewatch later. 😊😂❤❤

My friend works for a printing company. The two on the spine of the signature is the number of the signature. Letting the people loading the signatures into the binding machine know the order of the signatures. With only two fairly simple.
We had one of those old TVs and it took forever to get out because it was so heavy!!! And awkward too!!! Its gone now thank heavens! Glad to see you use the thick and on both sides!!! I have made a few scrapbooks and it can be quite the project actually!!! But so much fun afterwards, huh? Hugs and💗

Our cats can be messy even if they aren't old. I only have one and he sheds so much and I brush him almost daily. I get gobs of hair out when I do, but still it gets everywhere. Huge difference in the TV sizes. I had a huge one that took 2 strong men to carry. Nothing wrong with it, but I got a flat screen TV and could carry the box with 2 fingers! What a difference!! Honestly though, in ways I liked the older one best. A cat (or a child) would have no problem knocking over these thin ones! I am thinking about putting mine onto the wall up high, on those hinge things so I can move the angle if I need to. I hardly ever watch it anyway. You have made quite a few little golden books, all well done! Love Alice in Wonderland!! Many blessings and bubbles!!!
Many people have taken those big butt t.v.'s and gutted them to make kitty or doggie beds. Some are really cute. Makes a.nice cubby. Many years ago I found a little claw.like thingy that actually said staple remover right on the pkg. It works.so.much better than prying off staples. The claws.go.on each side.of the.staple, you squeeze and.pull.
Howdy Possum Patty👋 Thanks for showing us step-by-step how to make a Little Golden book journal cover. What if you use the Tyvek material to connect two pages together and repeat several times to make your base pages for your signatures? Since you cover the pages anyway with other papers it will help keep your journal not quite so thick. Or you could also use brown paper grocery bags and cut them for your base pages in your signatures? Just a couple ideas.
I once read that the number in the spine area is the number of the printing. If that's the case, this would be the 2nd printing. I went through mine and tried to check for any with a 1 and separated those. I don't want to make journals out of 1st editions! (They also code them with letters, A=1, B =2, etc., at least that's what I read.)
