Sounds like a lot, but the cost of living in USA is very high. The price of rent for a 2 bedroom apartment, food, petrol, auto insurance, health insurance etc, have more than tripled in 2023. So, even though the net salary sounds like a lot, it is NOT enough to create generational wealth that can be passed down to children as inheritance. They pay workers just enough to survive until the next pay check. While workers slave away, the shareholders earn millions in commissions and profits. So, sure it looks glossy on the outside, but the reality is that workers will remain workers until they retire WITHOUT any pension or any retirement benefits.

It does NOT matter whether a person is earning in USA, or UK or India. Sure a person may be earning $10,000, but after paying income taxes, personal property taxes, weekly expenses and emergency expenses - if that's worker's bank balance is $0, then he/she does NOT have financial freedom. If a person is NOT able to save anything, then that person is living paycheck to paycheck. Truly wealthy people DO NOT rely on a paycheck. As long as a person has to depend on a paycheck to make a living - they are SLAVE to their employer and they do not have financial freedom. If a person relies on loan to pay for everything, then that person is not wealthy - even if they earn $10,000. Are crorepathis living paycheck to paycheck? Is Rahul Gandhi living paycheck to paycheck? NO - because they have multiple investments that give them financial security. Wealthy people have different rules that common people are not aware of.

Sounds like a lot, but the cost of living in USA is very high. The price of rent for a 2 bedroom apartment, food, petrol, auto insurance, health insurance etc, have more than tripled in 2023. So, even though the net salary sounds like a lot, it is NOT enough to create generational wealth that can be passed down to children as inheritance. They pay workers just enough to survive until the next pay check. While workers slave away, the shareholders earn millions in commissions and profits. So, sure it looks glossy on the outside, but the reality is that workers will remain workers until they retire WITHOUT any pension or any retirement benefits.
@Zakir Hussain NO. Instead of asking how much a person earns, the real question should be how much income can a worker SAVE every month? It does NOT matter whether a person is earning in USA, or UK or India. Sure a person may be earning $10,000, but after paying income taxes, personal property taxes, weekly expenses and emergency expenses - if that's worker's bank balance is $0, then he/she does NOT have financial freedom. If a person is NOT able to save anything, then that person is living paycheck to paycheck. Truly wealthy people DO NOT rely on a paycheck. As long as a person has to depend on a paycheck to make a living - they are SLAVE to their employer and they do not have financial freedom. If a person relies on loan to pay for everything, then that person is not wealthy - even if they earn $10,000. Are crorepathis living paycheck to paycheck? Is Rahul Gandhi living paycheck to paycheck? NO - because they have multiple investments that give them financial security. Wealthy people have different rules that common people are not aware of.
