imhellag You gotta pull real hard on the loop with your NTH and then flick it out with your thumb and slightly pull your hands apart when you flick it

Yes, pinching for the gt rejection helps with this trick (personally).
I believe Janos pinches between the index and ring finger. When I do it, I do an index finger/thumb pinch. So you gotta find the style that works for your hands!
