how are you able to sustain vengeful cry all the time?

vengeful cry lasts about 11 second so it should be off cooldown most of the time when you need to cast it again

@@AWetPuddle so are you manually casting forbidden rite to proc savage hit and again manually casting vengeful cry every 11 secs? none of this is automated?
