Just received all 3 reels last week and rate them the same order you did,( GUV is a smooth sexy beast) all 3 are solid reels and have great drag GUV 35lb, Utopia 39lb and fury 32lb. Will be putting the airloops to bed now. Happy New Years hope everyone has a great year of fishing, tight lines!
pre ordered the fury and Utopia last month, just ordered the Guv 80 from gerry's, reely glad you made this video, Ive been wanting to see what the reels actually look like and hear a review, Happy Holidays and tight lines, cheers!
Quick up date, Did some surf fishing this weekend and was able to try out all 3 reels. The GUV and Utopia both look reel good and are light and line retrieve is great, the turn off for me is because they are so light they both have lots of spool wobble when reeling in. The Fury on the other hand is pretty solid , had no wobble issues. I'll probably shelf the GUV and Utopia and stick with my R10's.
After watching this video i went out and bought 2 guv gx8's. And i can safely say they are the most flimsy reel i have ever felt. They bend left and right at the neck of the reel seat and with a fish on the spool almost looked like it was going to snap off. Utter rubbish. Having said that i also own an akios ak100 ironloop and it is the best reel i have used to date

@@reesy128 Of the 3 I would go with the fury, bang for the buck you cant go wrong, I't's a stout reel that can handle harsh sessions.
I have also seen the spool wobble and the reel seat area bend on the guv. Its terrible

What is the akios fury like casting wise any ideas
Are they good for Carp fishing
i would save up for all of them
