Really considering this but I read a comment on a TH-cam clip about AAC walls on a condo building crumbling after an earthquake in the Philippines. I couldn't confirm the veracity of the claim but it didn't help that there was no reaction from the vlogger so this leaves me really skeptical. Having said that, I love everything else about this technology EXCEPT an assurance/guarantee that this is actually structurally sound and superior to CHB.

We can't verify that story. There is a lot of research done already about the performance of AAC during an earthquake. A lot of them are available online. Be careful with a lot of fake news about AAC, as you know many business interests will be affected when AAC becomes prominent in the country.

KAPAG AAC ang gamit pansin q wlang maxadong bakal..dba po sa chb may mga bakal/rebar sila na ginagamit to supoort when laying chb

fewer rebars so meron pa ring dowel, lightweight ang AAC so lesser dead load sa structure at mas safe during earthquake. Foundation, columns and beams naman ang nagpaptibay sa structural integrity ng isang bahay or building
