Pwede ba yan gamitin pang firewall na hindi na gagamitan ng waterproofing sa exterior kasi may kadikit na kapitbahay, Yung waterproofing sa interior na lang ng firewall.?
Pwede naman maglagay ng waterproofing on the negative side kung hindi available yung isang side

Yes, dowels na lang on all sides. Although may mga contractors na naglalagay minsan.
KAPAG AAC ang gamit pansin q wlang maxadong bakal..dba po sa chb may mga bakal/rebar sila na ginagamit to supoort when laying chb

Maganda sya at mukang matibay Hindi kaagad nababasag, Hindi sya katulad ng ordinary na hallowblocks na nakasanayan natin gamitin pag nagpapa gawa ng Bahay.

Never seen something like this crazynes. They dont show us how to make the door in the aac blocks. NOT LIKE THIS. You can make the doorframe with power plugs straight into the aac block.
The engineering of AAC walls in the Philippines is quite different, as you are required to design for loads of a magnitude 8 earthquake. This leads to using steel connectors to posts and beams, seismic gaps and reinforced concrete frames around doors and windows. AAC walls are non-load bearing infill walls that need to be secured against falling out or disintegration during an earthquake. In Germany we use AAC blocks quite differently, but similar earthquake engineering details can be found in Italy for example.

Many high-rise buildings use AAC Blocks as their wall system in the country and abroad. It's lightweight and has a high compressive strength. If you watch closely, rebars on all sides of the wall attach the blocks to beams and columns.

I'm sorry to say they are doing it completely long you do not need to do that with AAC blocks you get special frictions to fix your system what's wrong with a lot of countries they buy the system but they only use half the product that products has been on the go since 1920 you do not have to do that if you go direct to the manufacturer who invented this system will give you what you're supposed to do but there's many countries just make it up as they go along
