once you get it each time you use the random button it counts up and on the 7nth your guranteed an purple if you could othervise get purples, unfortunetly your not guranteed legendaries if you have all epiqs you could currently get.
I find it most powerfull by focusing one sect to 10/10 that way untill you random other sects to 10/10 youre guraneed to get the epiqs of same sect.@@steventheunis9546

You should try randomized build, hold all your money until first artifact and see if its the one that reduce random to 90. Pick it and surrender to fate rerolling all game
Bonus point if you dont choose artifact or item after that
