- I've spent this week just trying to get a percentage better. A 1% improvement is better than no movement at all. It's been tough but it's been worth it.

It sounds like you’re an introvert. I can relate to a lot of what you said. I don’t think it’s weird. I also need isolation after being around people and usually need at least one to two days alone.

Glad you met someone face to face who you've inspired, because she's not the only one! As a fellow introvert, I can relate to you needing to recover and recharge. People don't always understand introverts aren't shy or antisocial. In fact, we're often very personable, outgoing, and social. BUT we run out of energy after being "out" forbtoo long and we need downtime (alone if possible) just to recharge. Do what you gotta do, girl! You are managing so many things. It’s great that you are able to focus on different things. How do you feel about your organising a retreat knowing that you don’t like women’s events. I do get you from my experience, men are easier to get along with than women especially when it comes to network building.
Hahaha yeah, I don’t know the experience that I just had at the last event might have opened me up a bit. It was really good. I think it’s more about my own uncomfortabilty rather than the women. It’s a new space for me. The retreat will be fine I’m sure.
I love that you are so real della, but admitting that you really don’t like women’s events, could probably be a bit counter-productive, especially as you are getting into the relationship coaching/mental ship genre. And women are likely to be your core demographic. I am sad that your relationship with Rochelle seems to have ended! As you two seems to have a beautiful friendship and we all enjoyed watching it develop. but hey Ho, such as life, I guess people/friendship/relationships come and go. You are definitely on the up and hope you get your much needed assistance very soon maybe copy and paste a ad from a Google template to save yourself some time
I think it’s more that I’m outside of my comfort zone in a room full of women. Honestly speaking, the event that I went too was good I actually forgot it was all women lol
