I love that you are so real della, but admitting that you really don’t like women’s events, could probably be a bit counter-productive, especially as you are getting into the relationship coaching/mental ship genre. And women are likely to be your core demographic. I am sad that your relationship with Rochelle seems to have ended! Glad you met someone face to face who you've inspired, because she's not the only one! As a fellow introvert, I can relate to you needing to recover and recharge. People don't always understand introverts aren't shy or antisocial. In fact, we're often very personable, outgoing, and social. BUT we run out of energy after being "out" forbtoo long and we need downtime (alone if possible) just to recharge. Do what you gotta do, girl! You are managing so many things. It’s great that you are able to focus on different things. How do you feel about your organising a retreat knowing that you don’t like women’s events. I do get you from my experience, men are easier to get along with than women especially when it comes to network building.

I admire your growth, Dela. I have been watching you for years, and you’re so outspoken now. Your confidence has grown, and you’re unapologetically yourself. And you’re looking more and more gorgeous. It sounds like you’re an introvert. I can relate to a lot of what you said. I don’t think it’s weird. I also need isolation after being around people and usually need at least one to two days alone.

Hey della, glad to see you’re taking my advice and getting yourself a PA, write a description on what attributes you want your PA to have. I think you need someone like no bouquet, haven’t watched her channel in awhile, but she’s fun. Vibrant very good communication skills and I think she would match your hyper energy. She’s young and seems to be open-minded and could potentially be flexible which is what you would definitely need in your PA. Or someone like morrintha kind of like the opposite of no bouquet. But her chilled relaxed calm demeanour might chill you out a bit LOL. She looks to be a very capable organised professional hard-working young woman which are also attributes I think would suit you as your PA. Maybe you could ask them if they have any friends who live in Gana he went to their international school with excellent communication skills who is looking for a job as a PA their age group.

So proud of you, Dela! Good luck on choosing the right assistant. May this smart, organized, and energetic person help free up the time you need to soar even higher!
