That is a beautiful piece of work.
Thank you.
Are you enjoying the Live Streaming or want to only do the set videos? thanks for the awesome vids. I only use MDF 3mm. Been using it for over a year now and it has come out good every time. But will need to get onto other woods like Plywood/Birch.
I like doing both the live and the videos. The videos are a lot more work. But I enjoy doing both.
There are different types of MDF. You must be dealing with a very laser friendly material. I met a vendor at the Lightburn experience that had multiple variations of MDF. We was showing how the different types would or would not cut with a laser.
The local vendors I have acquired MDF from, have a version that simply doesn't want to cut with a laser.
After lining up the 2 amazing texts, couldn't you just make on an engrave file and one a cut? I tried this and put the left text (engrave file) on top of the right file (cut) and ran the text file first and then cut it. Worked perfect and although you are engraving more than needed I still think it might be faster?
It may be a faster way to create this design, but the laser time is going to be greatly increased. Which would not be a big deal if making one or two pieces. But if you were making several of these, you could be wasting a great deal of time. But like I'm constantly saying, there are many ways to achieve the same outcome in Lightburn.
Good point, never thought of that.@@HoboWithWood
