I wish companions also would react to kissing other partners, too. I tried it and it was disappointing they didn’t do or say a thing. If they reacted to kissing any partner, it would be at least fair
Dunno which one you mean specifically so: My PC's armorset is The Mighty Cloth bought at Last Light Inn vendor. Halsin's armorset is Armour of Moonbasking from the Undercity vendor. Karlach's armorset is Enraging Heart Garb which was I think just a random drop at Moonrise Towers.
It was entirely random and I had to just repeatedly kiss Halsin to trigger it. Maybe if you do it multiple times in a row they "notice" ? I wish I knew.. :D

I've only had this happen with Halsin multiple times so I suppose it's only specifically for him. Never has happened with any other companions :o
