You can fix the dent in the pipe by filling it with water , cap off the openings and put it in the freezer.....keep up the great vids
Might try that one, because you can hammer down the dents pointing out (because of the expansion). Afterwards you can give it a quick polish with a Dremel.
Love it when you have stories from used kits. They are my favourite.

we use 40Mhz fm radios for boats and submarines , so you should be ok if you wanna use the Hitech stick radio on a car besides most fllyers use 2.4 ghz these days.

Cracking project truck right there bro. I could be wrong but if I remember rightly didn't the SS come with a three speed gearbox as standard like the XL did? Looking forward to the tear down and rebuild. Spot on mate, nice one 👍

@@HaggardRC if you take the rubber cover off the gearbox and look in the third hole to the right you should be able to rotate the gear box and see if there's a shift adjustment screw. If there is it's a three speed bro.
That's not true because the 2 speed also has shift adjustment screws.
@@HaggardRC that's true but the only way to adjust the second gear shift point is by taking the gears out and taking it apart. You can adjust the third gear through the hole in the case bro. By turning the wheel on the truck and looking into the third hole you'll see a slot. Hold the spur gear then turn the wheel again you will find two Allen key holes.the second one is the third great adjuster bro
I'm not saying you're wrong, but I changed the shift timing on my 2 speed with the holes in the side. Also, the savage VHS instructions say that too. 🤷♂️
Hi i bought a used Losi LST2 a few weeks ago but it didn't come with a transmitter or receiver but i all ready had radiolink rc4gs v2 transmitter and receiver but when i bind it to the losi LST2 it binds but none of the servo's are not working i also tried the servo's in my other nitro and they work just fine 🤔 could help me please.

Hi haggard whats the best remote crystal im getting alot of interfiance ,do i have to change my radio set up on my hpi savage ?
There isn’t a best one, but try a split, they use two frequencies and usually have less change of interference. I always favoured red/brown 👍🏻😎

Do not freeze the pipe to try and fix it, you'll ruin the ribbed design which is vital for resonance of the pipe bro. The ice will pop them all out, it's close enough to be able to tap or push it out. Nice truck that dude 👍

If a guy stopped me in a car park and took money without even counting it I'd be concerned about it being stolen and he's just wanting it gone just sounds a little strange i got stopped in the park last week this guy was showing me his mountain bike that people have offered him 200 for. he said its worth 500 i was standing there thinking you're an idiot the drive train alone is worth 400 then you have hope brakes again another 400 the bike had alot of nice part's. an the guy didn't have a clue what he was saying so I'll say it was stolen it's a shame cos i do love my bike's.
