🔵 GAME DESCRIPTION:
Mario Super Sluggers stars the ever-lovable Mario and his crew of friends. It builds on the social-gaming fun and movements people learned in Wii Sports and turns them into a full-fledged baseball game that can be played by every member of the household. Players make a throwing motion with the Wii Remote controller to pitch the baseball and make a swinging motion to swing at the pitch. The game boasts more than 30 playable Nintendo characters and all the madness of a Mario sports game. Just like Mario Kart Wii, it bridges the gap between experienced players and those new to the Wii console, with fun challenges and beautiful graphics.
Let the Wii Remote controller be your bat as you join Mario, Luigi, Peach, and the rest of the gang in a rocking, socking baseball extravaganza.
Newcomers to gaming or sports titles will be up and running on Mario Super Sluggers in no time. Simply swing the Wii Remote to smack a home run, or use a pitching motion to toss the ball over the plate. Two, three or four players can pick up Wii Remote controllers and challenge one another to a full baseball game or compete in a host of baseball-themed mini-games. There's even a home run hitting contest. Mario Super Sluggers boasts more than 40 playable characters, all Nintendo favorites. The single-player adventure mode allows the player to explore Baseball Kingdom, tackle dozens of fun baseball challenges and unlock new characters that can be used in any mode. You can also play with your Mii characters in Exhibition, Toy Field and Minigame modes.

Fun fact! To get the slap shot home run animation you have to hit it perfectly in a 1/10 of a frame

@@seanwilliams823 I heard it in another video, when I heard it I believed it because you could hit it many many times and even hit a home run with a slap shot, but to actually get the freeze frame animation is rare. But no I didn’t go digging in the game files
I think you did a strategy I just recently saw that freaks the game out. Basically with Waluigi, if you wait until the absolute last second to charge up and then swing, the game doesn’t know what to do and gives the slap hit home run. So still a slap hit. But I did think I saw a little bit of the charge happen but nonetheless PUT IT ON THE SHELF!!!!!

Everytime I see him play Sluggers, he gets stronger. He is CRACKED!
There is actually a secret animation that plays when you hit a home run very far. Instead of the character running to first after the dinger animation, they will do a little thing, like birdo will kiss the ball goodbye.
I think those match the animations used in Bob-omb derby, I remember Mario would jump up and down while Luigi would watch it with a hand at his hat in the Gamecube, so maybe the same thing would happen in Sluggers?

1). Hit the Bowser statue in Bowser’s castle
2). Try to hit a home run off of Donkey Kong’s barrel pitch
3). Try to get a inside the park home run with either King K Rool or Magikoopa on Yoshi’s Park while using items

you can actually see a frame or two where he charges up. look at waluigi's feet and put the video on slow motion. you can see the pink/red charge aura

@@klawthechocobo158 there absolutely is. You can see the aura below waluigi's feet when he goes to hit for that home run. There's a glitch where if you hit the ball on the absolute first frame as waluigi when you charge up last millisecond, it'll be a home run
