Bindu Garu! I would like to offer my comment on Half butterfly, full butterfly, swinging butterfly ( hip moving) exercises which you are teaching us. I did only one day. These are very very powerful and most valuable exercises, I felt just after doing for one day. For ladies of all ages, it works for all Uterus problems, fibroids, endometriosis, urine incontinence etc. Nowadays we are listening about Crohns decease which affects area above rectum , pancreas , colon etc. I heard that it is very difficult to treat crohns’ decease I strongly feel that this exercise is very very useful for it and I remember to have heard Ramachandra Reddi Sir referring it. Sorry for taking too much liberty as I could not restrain myself, because you know the value of yoga and that’s why you are taking so much pain to make us follow the path. I’m a simple home maker and a arthritic patient. With all my experience I’m teaching this sessions. I wasn’t trained anywhere. Once in 2012 I learned yoga with a teacher. I’m practising those exercises alone and showing. Because many elders cannot go outside classes and they doesn’t know what and how to do exercises. So for them I’m showing slowly. Uppu Vidhan kaadu ma. 5 grams per day we have to eat. But average Indian eating 11 grams. From biscuits, Maggi, all packaged foods, pickles, papad, vadiyaalu all saveries and snacks are containing high salts. If we stop them, it will be enough. Only two curries salt will be enough for us.
