I am genuinely inspired to get back to work now. I might've even conjured a great idea while watching this. We shall see. Thanks again for the great content!
Some of the ideas here are brilliant. I wonder how long it takes to come up with them because they're so seemingly simple yet so cool and complex. I guess the key is to never stop messing around until you reach a point where you can easily imagine this stuff. The hard part is getting past all the bad ideas and not getting overwhelmed with not having a good idea. Which I me right now. But I feel encouraged to start thinking of some new ideas now. I don't copy but I do feel inspired to build off one these in particular since it was good.
Love thissss. I find it so hard to degrade footage though. I did a 90s bop it rap I did ona fish eye, but I couldnt bring myself to do much more than changing it to 4:3. I didnt want to mess with the colors! lol
@@inkusaido Exactly, it's like every music video trope of the previous 3 decades (but especially the early 2000s) in a video that came at the end of an era.
I just love the idea of "These crazy effects they're practical, that car? that's all CG"

This was amazing. How best can I learn VFX?
I got distracted at some points, since Rich looks like an American version of Brittlestar (Stewart Reynolds, Vine/TH-cam content creator from Canada).
Real director 🔥 just like Justin jones said once - make 329$ BUdget music video look like 1,400$ and 1,400$ video look like 3,000 🔥
Drive studio 😍

it's a small thing, but it saddens me to think that how few people now would know who max headrom / matt frewer is.
