Today we continue to clean up the stadium - which has been covered by overgrown grass. Snakes and insects abound. We met 2 baby snakes. There must be a mother snake somewhere nearby. Luckily we are still safe. After a period of time returning to this place to continue cleaning, I discovered one thing. It seems like people helped me cut part of the grass here. It seems that what we do has contributed to spreading the spirit and awareness of the people. Even though the results are not great, it is still a great encouragement for us to continue doing this work. During these 2 working days, we faced strong sunshine and even rain. Yes, this snake is poisonous so children should not go near it. We also took a break because of the rain, hoping that the mother snake would automatically leave to find a new place to live. When everything is cleaned up, children will have a safer area to play and exercise.
You need a square shovel and a better broom and maybe a chain saw. Great work !
Well done. Here in the UK I would use a leaf blower a lot more to remove dirt once cleaned up the top bit as that is faster. Mine operates on a battery. You have done a very good job. Here at home I use a pressure washer. I also put down weedkiller once a year and I also use chlorine on the paved areas.
We work in quite remote places. The machines are quite bulky and relatively difficult to transport. Currently we can only travel by motorbike. I will try to buy another blower and chainsaw when I have enough money. Do you use chlorine to kill moss on paved surfaces?
Needs pressure washing on the fence and the pavement repaired who is going to fix those two things.

It's a tropical country. Cleaning the fence walls would not last. And the weeds will be back quickly. Only maintenance, not an occasional goodwill clean will help.

Natural weed killer: 1 Gallon white vinegar, 1 cup salt, and 1 tablespoon dis detergent. Mix well, put in spray bottle and spray directly on roots! Hope this helps!

Using a sprayer pump make up a solution of 1/2 liter vinegar and some salt then fill with water and spray cracks, by next rains no weeds.

To try to pull up matted grass and weed roots like that, make two parallel slices right and left (do you have a machete?) and then use a flat shovel to roll the matting up between them. If you try to pull up big chunks of the matting it won’t work well and is way more effort. It’s also safer than wading into the grass with snakes!

Thank you for your sincere comments. My tools are still rudimentary and inadequate. However that is not a big problem. There are many types of grass that are extremely stubborn and very difficult to pull out or cut off. They are very hard and sturdy. Cleanup 68 is a great channel, his team does an amazing job
