Do you have a video showing how to change out a burned out LED bulb? Can this be accomplished without the need to build up another projector assembly which is very expensive?
LED chip in most of these projectors is built in and if you really want to save $50 by fixing the burnt out LED chip, which should not just happen, you have to open the light again. Projector Bi LEDs are $50 and up and they all come from the same factory in China, so no really difference between $50 aliexpress projector or $500 morimoto projector
The LEDs are permanently in place ,u can't take them out they already come installed so basically if it burns out you'll have to buy another led projector

locktite wouldn't be a good option? Seems a lot less permanent.
I wouldn't glued it. When the chip or driver fails is gonna be stuck real hard
Why do you give glue on the bolts. What about maintenance.?
Why would you ever need to perform maintenance inside a headlight?
