Congratulations on your placement! I was there for the LA nats last year in the audience and saw the finals between you and Jackson. Those were amazing games to see in person and I’ll never forget watching them! You and Jackson are the goats of this card game, I’m glad we have you both in the community!!
Now that I have my doffy deck together irl I have to try it out this weekend. I’ve been playing around with pluffy and rp luffy. On the sim my deck seems to do really well especially in the mirror but I understand why you ran your deck this way. I’ve thought about swapping a few cards to put buggy in but on the sim I see plenty of consistency with doffy just running perona, boa and 2 sengoku. I’ll have to check it out at my locals and see if I want to stay where I’m at or shift more towards your list here. I run the jozu, law, red roc and I teched in 1 9c sanji lol it has worked well for me so far. I do like mihawk and may take out one jozu to try adding one. I’ve learned a lot over the last year watching people like you. Your insight is always appreciated and great run at Orlando man.
Great reasoning for cutting Jozu! Totally understand the reasoning and the fact that Law/GB/Pudding covers a lot of what Jozu wants to do in the mirror especially
was cheerin for ya, except when you beat my teammates 3 times over the tourney! Would have been sweet to see you and clyde get the worlds runback but 3rd place is sick too. Congratulations
Hey man!! Congrats on the video and on the placing in Nats !! One question, what cards are you looking for when playing against pluffy going second? I get that going first you can answer to their zorojouro / Luffytarou/ Sangoro combo with gravite blade but I've been struggling with going second because when they do it we are still at 6 DON! Any tips that you can give me? Thanks a lot🎉🎉
Hi! Yonas here, I do think that Yasopp/Hongo into 7 Beard can be a very terrifying curve out from the Shanks deck. However, I do think that you can still win a lot of those games if you constantly prioritize getting as many big 7k Swings as possible in the early turns. Making sure they go to 1 or 0 even before they have time to play the 1st 10c Shanks is really important
Hi! Yonas here, I do think that 7c Newgate can be a very obnoxious card to deal with from Shanks but my current solution against those draws is really prioritizing defending your board aggressively in those scenarios and attacking large attacks at their leader to get them low enough where perfume femur can close the game out. I think that trying to play a game while trying to deal with their boss monsters is a losing battle most of the time.
Your consistency is absolutely insane. Congrats on the 3rd place

Was great to meet you there! So close man.. Great content as always!
Wow a shoutout from the 🐐himself. This is after him spanking me in doffy mirrors for like 3 hours one day. Congrats on the top 3 way to rep AZ
Was a pleasure playing against you in top 8. Keep up the great work, and congrats again on your placement Yonas!
Congrats sir ! Nice meeting you
Congrats Yonas

Great deck profile, congrats on the top
Congrats on placing third! Amazing job! Also, great run down of your card choices and why you chose certain cards and not others.
Congrats on the third place! Still top player in my book.
Just got into the game and your decklist and commentary have inspired me to run this leader 🎉
Congrats Yonas!!!
Congrats Yonas!
congrats! love this channel
Congrats!
Yonas has to be the most insightful person in the history of TCGs
Ive watched 10 seconds and I like your temperament so I've subbed

Congrats on the 3rd place. :)
No Jozu, but your leader ability will almost never whiff even going blind. Nice.
I ran 7 cost doffy in my build this past weekend. Similar concept to Mihawk but can still use leader ability on 10 don if teach isn't established.
Congrats on 3rd! Consistency GOAT
Hi Yonas, comgrats for the great result. Quick question, do you like going first in the mirror, bonney, shanks and BY?
Absolute LEGEND 💪
hi yonas we love u

My man Yonas!!!!
On the website said 1st 2nd 3rd go too worlds
That for Dallas. For Orlando just first and second place
did you have any issues with shanks running the 8c newgate?

Congrats on the third place Yonas! Do you feel like 9c Mihawk is still not necessary in the Shanks matchup to get rid of a potential 7c Whitebeard?

@@ClydeTCG makes sense, thanks for the reply!
Teach me how?!
I am confused, didnt the last 3rd place guy ( chris sok) September get qualified for worlds?
Yeah 3 from the first one and 2 from this one
Yeah Dallas was top 3 Orlando was top 2
Only the top 2 qualify for worlds Or top 1?
Only top 2 from the Orlando Bandai Card Fest qualified for Worlds based on the Official Bandai Website.
@@ClydeTCG oh okay, you did good man congrats!
I count 49 cards am i missing something? Lol
maybe your glasses
I thought you did qualify for worlds. That’s what the commentators were saying. But didn’t seem to have a lot of accurate information.
Ew, a doffy deck
Ty sir 🫡 getting more feedback on whys is always very helpful
