They had good cheese burgers at Truckers back in the early 90s . I wish we could go back to the 40s and 50s or at least the 70's. It was a wonderful time to be alive. Thank you for making this video.
Even when I was little, I would have loved to run one of these old motels. Just a dream I still would love to make real. Along with lifestyle returning to that time.
I grew up in the 70's, in Columbia and watched old places disappear never to be heard from again. Thanks to Bob Coble they managed to keep and preserve as much as possible. I wish you could do a show on Monticello road and start with the history of Johnson Music Store. Monticello and North Main.
Yep, once I-95 went through, these little places didn’t stand a chance. They really looked inviting back in the day. Nice you could show all the pictures from back then.😊👍💕
Those places definitely seen better days. I wonder if they knew when building the new highways the outcome of all these places. I live out by route 66 and see quite a few dilapidated buildings (relics of the past). Thanks for the cool vlog.

My friend you made me cry .to see the trucker's hotel like that . It was a wonderful place .got to tell a funny story. I drove a truck for well we will leave that out . Well I was following the owner in his truck and 6 of his trucks were parked in front of the motel he swings in he tells me to stay in my truck . I herd him yelling ain't no freight in no cat house . All trucks were rolling in about 2 minutes lol. Funny thing there was a secret door woops family channle almost whent to far .🤣🤣🤣🤣🤩🙄 If you want to hear the rest of the story come on over podcast time . You inspire me Mr Tony
