Where Law and Science Meet

In the opening keynote, Dr. Jennifer L. Mnookin, Chancellor of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, sets the stage for the AAAS Scientific Evidence and the Courts confernce as she reflects on the past 30 years since Daubert v. Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (1993). Dr. Mnookin is introduced by Dr. Anne-Marie C. Mazza, Senior Director of the Committee on Science, Technology, and Law within the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM).
