    Thanks for this video. My dad had Alzheimer's disease that is what brought me to the video.
    The gut microbiome interesting part is the role of prebiotics and probiotics. More people need to know this information. I believe people with depression as well could have better lives with better nutrition.

      yes , you are right , I healed my gut with a diet cause I was suffering from psychosis and was diagnosed as schizophrenic . And now I live a normal life with no psychosis at all and no medicine at all .

      @@peaceofcake2153 i suppressed coffee at first replaced by chicory . Suppressed meat . Lots of vegetables . Drinking beaten milk . Plus spirulina
