I started my left leg sleeve this month going for the second session this weekend. I need your videos to help me figure out how to have my body flow the right way with tradition.
Hello Haku, after your 2 super interesting videos on Japanese background. Would it be possible for you to make a video on the basic drawing and structure of traditional Japanese characters with their names and symbols, the colors used mainly in irezumi as well as their meanings? I am confident that you are back.
Didn't see this before, and so glad it popped up. Your full leg tattoos are absolutely incredible! I know these take a lot of time, money and pain to complete, but are SO worth it. Could you maybe do a video about leg work in particular? I'm sure many viewers would love it. Awesome video! 😁💯
Glad to hear your doing well. Your videos inspired me to get my sleeve. I liked all of your topic ideas ! I think something else i would like to see is a tour of your tattoos!! Im glad to hear you started jiujitsu, its so great for your mh and fitness. I was awardes my black belt last year after over 10 years of intense dedication. Best thing i ever did was to start. Glad to see you back!!!
Cant wait! How you approach japanese tattooing ad videos of that would be great. Of course love the history of japanese tattooing too youre the first ive come across to really share your knowledge, its like a closely gaurded secret :)
Good work mate, keen on some more in-depth info on the traditional back tattoos and the meaning behind them. I'm looking to do a cover up on my back and am looking for some inspiration. If you are keen for a cashie let me know 😉
Excited for you to continue the series, I would love the more in depth technical stuff about the tattoos. Wind bars, clouds and other elements and how they should be placed. Good luck with your youtube channel 💪🏼🔥
Hey Haku, What a great video! Refreshing to hear someone speak from the heart. You are a great inspiration for any young tattooer or even anyone for that matter.Looks great where you are staying! Hope you & your partner are having a beautiful time in Japan. The many hours of dedication you put into my ink still looks as good as the day it was done. Looking forward to many more hours. Peace, love & respect Tiger pete....🐅
Glad you are back man, thanks for sharing more about your life, good to hear you are doing better. I'd like to hear a little bit of everything on your next videos. Definitely about your experience getting tattooed on japan and so forth, keep it up!
I will try to always keep it transparent woth everyone! More of all this stuff is on the way! I just finished a fight cap so everything else in my life was on hold including anither trip to Japan and being able to get tattooed haha. Watch the new vid I just dropped but! And thanks for the support
Hey Haku, Thanks for the vids, can you go in detail on meanings of some traditional Japanese tattoos and the rules behind it? Such as meaning/rules behind different mask, different flowers and what background/features goes with it? Thanks, love ya content
Hello bro, after two superb videos on japanese tattoos, we need a couple more videos on the elements and the meaning of japanese tattoos. It would be helpful to all who are trying to get japanese tattoos.
Gaman (我慢) - "enduring the seemingly unbearable with patience and dignity". Great to see ya doing just that. Keep it up dude. Can’t wait for more amazing additions to my body suit 🙇🏼♀️
Hey bud, first off it's great to see you back in action. I would love to hear more about the thought process of creating traditional tattoos. E.g when creating a full sleeve, what imagery can work with each other and what wouldn't. Apart from the well known Koi transforming into a dragon what other stories or elements can be incorporated. Keep the content coming and may you have a prosperous journey ahead in your new chapter.
Hello Haku, here are some topics i would like for you to cover. - Living in japan with tattoos (are there times where you can walk around freely showing them off?) - How are tattoo conventions in japan? (how do those even work?) - old japanese tattoo masters (ever met any?) - the combinations of the japanese design (ex. tiger & peony, dragon and sakura, ect.) - the difference between clients in japan and those outside of japan
Rules, rules, rules. So many questions on what can and cannot go together and with animals and even colors. Maybe some drawing videos? Going over how artist have created their own styles (like dragon heads/bodies) traditional vs neotraditional Japanese. What is the tattoo trend in Japan right now? Do you see any American traditional tattoo designs over there? (In shops/on people). Traditional Japanese art vs. traditional Japanese tattoo art. Japanese forklore and the images that come from it (like my favorite, kitsune 🦊) new age Japanese art (dainty line work, trash polka, neotrad). Ai effect on Japanese art, pro or con? Incorrect Japanese art (animals in wrong form/fighting, incorrect flowers, incorrect shapes, and flow) Japanese traditional and how it can be seen in art. I can think of more if needed 😂 neotraditional Japanese tattoo artist here and I’m heavily trying to respect the culture and do it no wrong. If you do not like neotraditional Japanese tattoos, all cool. No bad vibes to ya. Please have no bad vibes to me as well 😂
Don’t overthink the content, your audience are people who have similar interests that’s why I’m here, could you show us your own art work possibly Thanks
Thanks that means alot! The next video I'm editing as I type this will have me tattooing with my voice in the background. Let me know how you feel about this content once you watch it
Dude I can’t wait for more videos!
Any Japanese tattoo info and history and folklore would be amazing looking forward for the next videos!
Thanks for the support! Keen to make more

Hey Haku, really like your tattoos. Wondering what kind of style those are (is there a more specific term than simply irezumi??)
More a traditional take than a modern for sure. Irezumi means to pierce blue
what artist did the tattoos or were there multiple?
🤟🤟🤟
