I have learned so much from your videos; and have reorganized our home the easy way...even at 75 (1/2). I have a cleanup tip after our arts and craft projects. Just pick up a plastic tablecloth from Dollar Tree to use as a drop cloth, especially when working with moss. Just shake it out when finished, fold up and reuse again on the next project. It makes cleanup a breeze. Hugs to the kiddos!
My mom loves gardening but now its too hard for her to move around this would be a good alternative sge doesnt have to worry about watering them😊. Ty for all your videos. Owen is soooo adorable and he's growing so fast!
Love these ideas!!! The roses r a great idea too I never would have thought of that!! Omg ur son is so adorable!! When he said Bye guys it made my heart just melt!!!
i'm with you Kathryn! when i see those faux plant arrangements in the stores i have to chuckle... and use them for inspo! i'd love to see you DIY a flat, rectangular (kinda modernistic) tabletop succulent arrangement... thanks for all your creative ideas! hugs and love to the family, from nyc!
I just saw the hanging terrariums in our local DT. I was working, and a lady came through my line with them. So on my break, I bought three of them. Thanks for the inspiration!!!!
I would like to see u make an Easter/Spring floral arrangement to display on kitchen counter or coffee table, please!! These succulents came out nice!!
Loved today's video! After i droped the kids off at school i stoped by the Dollar Store lol to do my own DIY project. Thank you so it came out so cute.
Literally was up last night until 2Am looking for he perfect directional video to DIY this from the dollar tree (got wind that they had tons of gorge succulents) and HERE You come with this video. Right on time lol thanks !!!
Great minds think alike. I literally just did something very similar to these, only I used some dirt and real succulents that I snipped from some I already had. If they don't grow, I think I will go back and get some artificial ones, since yours look so good. So cute. Thanks for sharing.
I gave my daughter a BabyQ (BBQ) diaper party...As a gift for one of the games, I used 2 of the round terrarium & added real succulents, which I already had from my succulent garden, then strung the thicker rope Dollar Tree carries. It was a hit & my guests were impressed! And it only cost me $3. I love the Dollar Tree!
I'm truly going through a succulent phase right now too. Great idea & it looks so real. Kathryn, can you do any furniture or art diy please? Greetings from South Africa
Aww your little boy is so precious made me laugh and smile thank you so much I just love dollar tree succulents and so glad that they are back thank you for your awesome tutorials
I love making them! So easy to do and supplies are cheap enough. My daughter has one at her desk at work. People are always commenting on them but are constantly touching them...this loosens them in rocks. So I hot glue the stems between the rocks. I’ve picked various shaped containers. Some square and low, some glass some plastic. I told her to tell people they are for sale.
Cute ideas! Our Dollar Tree stores don't carry much of the items you show in your videos, so I do discount shopping at stores like Michael's, Home Goods, etc. to get the same results.
DT's succulents are the best! Those plastic hanging terrariums look amazing! I am determined that this year I will snag them. Last year, I wasn't so lucky! Thanks for sharing Kathryn! Hugs to you and the boys! ~ Josie :)
My goodness he is growing so fast. Cute. Finally got the little hand lotions you had in another video..had owls and fruit..but had only 2 of each left. .Now I need to see if they have these hanging containers..lol. They are $20.00 at Lowes with live air plants. Still too high priced. Tks for shopping for us and YOU. 😊
This is such a cute idea! I was just at Dollar Tree yesterday and I saw they had succulents without the containers and wondered how one would use them. I'm definitely doing this for my bathroom, thank you!
Love this can't wait to try... Have to say it warms my heart to be able to watch the boys grow and see different milestones thank you for that little extra peak into your life love and hugs now off to Dollar Tree I go😯
So pretty, I wish the £1 stores in the U.K. carried these. I’d love to have plants around the house, but we are both dreadfully allergic to pollen and our idiot cats try to eat houseplants. I wouldn’t mind, but I bought then a large flat crate and filled it with soil. It has grass, catmint and catnip growing in it. They lay in in and chew it. They love it. But they still chew houseplants. I have just 1 plant left on the kitchen windowsill. It’s a lovely peace Lilly... it’s only still here because the cats have a stay on the floor rule. They’re really good with it now. So houseplants like these would be awesome, I love how plants these days are so much more realistic. Owen is growing so fast! He’s not a baby anymore, he’s definitely a toddler... so cute! 💜
I just happened to find your videos, and I have so enjoyed this particular one. Very cute ideas! I am going to do this in a master bathroom that is getting renovated.
Is Owen TALKING?!?! He was JUST born! Lol I love this video! Can you some bulk meals preps or some freezer meals or even crock pot meals?!? I love the meal planning recipes!
I would love to see a Mother's Day corsage DIY. I tried one year & epically failed. I know it's a bit early, but maybe you can do a video next month or something. Or a corsage video might be good for the WhatsUpMoms channel! So glad to see you there! That's how I was introduced to you. 🙂
These are AWESOME!!! I have some of the real air plant terrariums, but these are so adorable I am gonna have to make some!! Love it!! Owen is growing up so quickly---cutie!!! ☺
Hey Kathryn, these look cute. I did want to warn you about the jute rope from the dollar tree - I used it exactly like you did, to hang one of those little round terrariums; the one I used was a very lightweight glass. The jute rope held up amazingly for about 11 months, but just a couple days ago, the jute rope frayed apart in the middle without warning and the terrarium fell and shattered! Unfortunately it seems that their jute is pretty weakly constructed 😕😕. I think I'll probably stick to using it in the garden from now on! I love the wider bowl you used in this video - I'll have to give that a try with my little air plant, who is looking for a new home!
Great ideas! I would love to see a DIY on how you made the 3 topiaries in the white pots in the background on your mantlepiece? Would love to see a video!!! Thanks! Your videos are so simple and creative!!
I would suggest to use rhe expensive sticky hooks instead of the dollar tree ones. I put dollar tree ones and the Command (expensive) one in my apt. And when I moved out the wall and ceiling from the dollar was stained and impossible to removed. The expensive area one looked like nothing was ever there. Also dollar tree lasted for about 2- 4 yrs while the expensive one lasted the 7 yrs I live there.
I saw these in the store and thought, nah, can't do anything with this that'll look nice! haha proved me wrong, I think I'll try it for my dining room - no plant lives in there!
Aracelis Escalona check out Dollar Tree, they just came out with some Fairy garden stuff!! And check out Hobby Lobby. If you download their app, you get a 40% off coupon which can be helpful and I know they had really adorable bigger fairy garden sets for your yard
You can also get coupons if you sign up for their emails. It's usually one coupon per week, I think. I don't have the room on my phone anymore for too many apps, so I subscribe to the emails for many places instead.
I ran out and made 2 of the bowls for coworkers for Valentine's right after seeing this! Please do a DIY of this style but incorporating some of those cute little fairy house items and gnomes they've come out with for spring. :) You rock!
Omg I have that idea since last year but I can’t find those terrariums at My DT, my sister in law find them at Florida for me I’m just waiting to have them at my hands to finally do it. Look gorgeous, tfs👍🏻😉
So cute! You son is adorable!!My little one wants to get the hanging planters for her outdoor fairy garden. Looks like I'm going to DT today! Thank you for the video!
This is such a cool and elegant DIY! I bet my Dollar Tree doesn’t have those bowls, though. Yours is so cool! Loved the Owen cameo at the end! Bye, Owen! 💖
Love this idea! Checked our DT today but they only had a few succulents left that were damaged. Ended up deciding not to do this diy but love your video anyway! 🙂❤️
You can spritz the Spanish moss with a tiny bit of water to make it not so messy. I'm so jealous the Dollar Tree stores in my area are so small hardly any selection.
Kathryn I just got back from Charlotte and i was able to go to the big one off of Freedom! And holy cow was it BIG! I absolutely loved it!!!! Love your video!
Do a diy fairy garden video please! I just bought some cute little fairies and mini garden things plus the little tins and mini terracotta pots at Dollar Tree!!
I have learned so much from your videos; and have reorganized our home the easy way...even at 75 (1/2). I have a cleanup tip after our arts and craft projects. Great ideas! My daughter is moving into a much bigger home as their family is growing, and I think she'd like both of these. Thanks so much!
The roses look so good! I have cream roses with gold glitter around the edges of the petals, and this is what I'm going to do with them!
i'm with you Kathryn! when i see those faux plant arrangements in the stores i have to chuckle... and use them for inspo! i'd love to see you DIY a flat, rectangular (kinda modernistic) tabletop succulent arrangement... thanks for all your creative ideas! hugs and love to the family, from nyc!
They all turned out so cute Kathryn...your boy is adorable smelling the plant...
I totally made this as a gift for my sister-in-law! She loved it!
The larger one
I just saw the hanging terrariums in our local DT. I was working, and a lady came through my line with them. So on my break, I bought three of them. Thanks for the inspiration!!!!

This is totally giving me SPRING vibes which makes me SO happy!🤗😍💜🌼
I'm truly going through a succulent phase right now too. Great idea & it looks so real. Kathryn, can you do any furniture or art diy please?
Greetings from South Africa

Aww your little boy is so precious made me laugh and smile thank you so much I just love dollar tree succulents and so glad that they are back thank you for your awesome tutorials

omgosh Owen talks!! and so well too. those are just beautiful displays. gotta go to dollar tree now today!
Thank you and May God bless your family.
Creative, easy and inexpensive. Great combination and such a cool idea!
I loved the idea of the little hung terrariums with succulents.. I will be doing that off of a bedroom window..
I really love the idea of combining the moss and the way you tied the jute!! Thanks Chick!! 😊😊😊
I like that these DIY's were simple and yet really cute!
Awweeee Owen is so precious, both boys are absolutely adorable, y’all are great blessed loving parents. Thanks for sharing 👍🏻👍🏻💜🕊🕊🕊🦋❤️✅🤗
I love your new way of posting! We know what to do right away with what we buy.
I love succulence terrariums. They have them at Costco this month. They are pretty pricey os its great to do a DIY one. Thanks for sharing!
I love making them! So easy to do and supplies are cheap enough. My daughter has one at her desk at work. People are always commenting on them but are constantly touching them...this loosens

PottsProngs I meant glue down the faux succulents.
PottsProngs glue for faux succluntes

Your videos are my favorite. They’re so professional looking.
Oh this is definitely a must try, thanks Kathryn, I love this.
This is such a cute idea! I was just at Dollar Tree yesterday and I saw they had succulents without the containers and wondered how one would use them. I'm definitely doing this for my bathroom, thank you!

Just did the topiary! I finished it today, I love it! And I did the brown sugar scrub for Galentines today. Now I’ll have to try this. Super easy!
I finally found these! I have an orchid room/ plant room /office. They fit right in! Thanks for the idea! You are soooo creative!
Love, love these projects! And Owen is such a cutie, growing up so fast...just like my grandchildren one who is 4 years and one is 16 months.
Is Owen TALKING?!?! He was JUST born! Lol I love this video! Can you some bulk meals preps or some freezer meals or even crock pot meals?!? I love the meal planning recipes!

Owen is so cute! I’ll have to keep my eye out for the glass terrarium.
Could you please share how you hung these from the ceiling? Thank you for sharing! I am going to use this idea at my SIL baby shower in 2 weeks!
Place those sticky hooks from dollar tree on the ceiling. Tie a loop at the top of the string and hang it
I would suggest to use rhe expensive sticky hooks instead of the dollar tree ones.
Great ideas! Love it! Owen is getting so big! He is ADORABLE!
Succulent wreath please! Also succulent bouquets are super popular now... and super expensive! DIY dollar tree bouquet would rock!
Spring book shelf ideas, how to declutter but still keep books. I struggle with making everything look nice on mine. Thanks for any help on this.
They are are so beautiful. Love watching your channel. Your amazing!
See I would never know how to decorate these. I love what you did with them . I see a DT trip in my future .
These are so cute! So happy I can finally add affordable decor to my room!
You’re brilliant Kathryn! Thanks for sharing 😘
Great ideas, I am going to make them for my daughter's outdoor balcony.
I hope my dollar tree gets those terrariums in. I can't wait!
Totally making those terrariums! Thx Katherine...and ty for responding to my question on your last video. That meant a lot! 💓
I just found this channel and I cannot stop watching 🤗😍
Owen ❤️ I believe I have every DIY you’ve done on a playlist. TFS!!
I saw these in the store and thought, nah, can't do anything with this that'll look nice! haha proved me wrong, I think I'll try it for my dining room - no plant lives in there!
Great ideas. I am interested in creating a Fairy Garden. Something cute but a little sophisticated.
Thanks for sharing. Blessings
Aracelis Escalona check out Dollar Tree, they just came out with some Fairy garden stuff!! And check out Hobby Lobby. If you download their app, you get a 40% off coupon which can be helpful and I know they had really adorable bigger fairy garden sets for your yard

I saw these at Target for like $20 like you said and I thought to myself I swear I could do this for $5 at dollar tree! Thanks for sharing!
Fantastic! You have outdone yourself again. Brilliant.
I just love your videos. I know that sounds so corny but it's true. I feel inspired.
I ran out and made 2 of the bowls for coworkers for Valentine's right after seeing this! Please do a DIY of this style but incorporating some of those cute little fairy house items and gnomes they've come out with for spring. :) You rock!
Would love to see a diy on jewelry storage. Love ALL your videos so much!
Omg I have that idea since last year but I can’t find those terrariums at My DT, my sister in law find them at Florida for me I’m just waiting to have them at my hands to finally do it. Look gorgeous, tfs👍🏻😉

Loved this!! That lil nugget is getting so big! 💙
Really cheap and affordable art! Wow Owen is really growing! Looks like you need to try for that lil girl lol!!
Your sweet little boy is so darling 🥰
Love your channel! Always interesting and inspirational. Love from South Africa 🇿🇦
What about a Do it on a Dime version of those Chalk Couture signs? They’re so expensive, but I’m assuming can be done for a lot less.
I'm so excited to try this, almost bought one from home depot for $30 so glad I waited !!
So cute! You son is adorable!!My little one wants to get the hanging planters for her outdoor fairy garden. Looks like I'm going to DT today! Thank you for the video!
Lori Sylvia this is perfect for that!
Lori Sylvia Great idea to put some little miniatures in there too!
Succulents are beautiful with the tips painted gold or silver. I saw someone do it on a real succulent. As it grew, the effect was different
Love it........Thank you for sharing have a blessed week you and your family.

lorna willard so smart!! Thank you!!
lorna willard I wonder if you can order online from Dollar Tree?
Karen H yes you can
lorna willard There are a number of Dollar Tree stores here. I can usually find what I need, but it's great you can order online!
I love terrariums and will definitely be trying this out!
You are so right, those are crazy expensive. I've seen them at Home Depot, grocery stores etc, and they was way too much for them. Great video
I did a little cacti garden with that low plastic dish and sand. So cute! tfs
So gorgeous. How did you hang it? is there a way to hang without making too many holes? Thank you.
Omg, I love Owen so much! He is precious! I'll try my Dollar Tree one more time because a few years ago they stopped carrying the succulents 😭😭😭
I love ur organisation videos..so satisfying..!!
could u do a purse/shoulder bag/ wallet organisation for a small space.
I absolutely love these!! The behind the scenes footage was too cute!!
I would love a DIY organizing videos for all of the items I’m getting at Dollar Tree for these DIYs 😳😳😁

I made your Easter bunny craft - it turned out so cute. They would look great with the succulents so you could use them all year round.
