I don’t know if you have tried the 35 cal aunt Millies bread, but it is really good and only 2 points for 2 slices ☺️ it may be cheaper than a WW bread also. So glad to find another WW person on TH-cam for some more ideas!
It's so easy to look at the videos on youtube and think why can't i be this positive person all the time so I really appreciate your honesty in saying that you've been glass half empty recently - I've been the same but trying to be really mindful now to try to change that! Your food always looks so good - broccoli is also lovely in the oven! You get the same charred effect

Oh is it 4?! I swear the multigrain is 3 for 2 slices lol so I just feel like it’s so low in calories - I will not and refuse to waste an additional 1-2 points lol. As long as I’m not having double sandwiches I can allow for it. I feel like there are certain things you have to personalize and that’s one I do lol!
