Wow thats wild. I have the H7 and did not have this problem must be on the H8 and jumbo only because of that front motor. Glad to know this as I'm buying a H8 next week. You saved the day brotha.
Great video. But I still think that the protruding washer should go on the inside of the fork with another thick washer on the outside. But as shown it's working fine. Thanks man!
I was reading the reviews of some electric bikes & most said it was a real pain to put together as 1 or 2 steps were missing & they had to go to utube. But all said its a lot of fun to ride. This is good info from you!
On mine the protruding washers both go on the inside without any other washers on the inside, the flat washers are on the outside between the fork and the nut
Did you just keep trying different things ? Cause I tried this way after the original way didn’t work and my tire is still slightly rubbing against something.
I have the same issue... two fat and one skinny washers. What did you end up doing? Right now, I put both protruding washers on the inside and the fats on the outside, no skinny washer. This was per Philodo's installation video, but the vid is 2 years old.
I don't know about any of you, but it's still not slipping on like he says. This is really ridiculous, a lot of us aren't good with putting things together in the first place, now we have to deal with screw ups in the actual instructions? These things should come already put together, christ! I'm so pissed

@kstewart9922 I put it on just like the video and had an extra washer. No problems so far.
