Good Lord. I saw exactly that\ or similar footage on the old Steve??? Channel, when he was studying Nibiru. No one had an explanation for it. This was back in 2016\17. Was it a craft . ! Was it a planet. It looks bigger than our planet earth. Mind boggling.
I knew time was broken. Since the lockdowns I haven't had a clue what day, time, month or year it is. The time is wrong. Dont know what I am, I may just be a human, but I physically have the energy of a tiger pacing in a cage waiting to burst out to freedom.
I was told everything is being regulated for our safety and sanity, its a very precise delicate operation on a scale we cannot fathom, in the name of love, light, and our soon to be freedom 🙏🦋
It is true about the meals, my body can handle only one cup of tea with cream no sugar for breakfast and a little lunch with a warm drink in the evening. My lunch as an adult is a child portion for I can't handle more. I don't feel any lack of energy. I make sure I drink a lot of fresh water. My body can't handle sugar or too much process food.

Thank you, Alex. I have been thinking for several years that the Apha-Centaurians were part of sending us support, together with the Arcturians. Another 5 years of resilience may be 5 seconds, if we keep on doing what we are doing: purging dark substance from our past and bringing in light. Time is no measure. I learned once again today, that seeing and purging the dark from our past lineages is what brings on light into the now. Seeing without judgement, in resilience. We are love.

The video clips is interesting because on NASA’s sun coronalgraph last week picked up an object that travelled through the area of the sun from the left and went behind the sun and shows back up on the right. It’s not the only time it’s picked this “ship” up either. I saw the footage on Stephan Burns you tube channel yesterday. Oh my…thanks for the message. It blows my mind too. I’ve lost many food cravings for the last two years. I don’t want or require much food just like you said. I eat one or two small meals a day, yet I feel lean and strong. Chocolate used to be a frequent craving, now I hardly want or crave it. While I buy a chocolate bar it often sits in my freezer for weeks. My workouts 2 hrs a day are effortless. I’m over 60. Yes looking forward to what may be ahead.

Having a hard time with digestion cant eat much. Sinuses are draining big time. I had sporactic fevers of 102.4. Been to the hospital a couple of times and spent a few hours having lots of test done. The doctors keep coming back with they cant find nothing wrong. At least now i know im not losing my mind. And im not dying anytime soon. Thank you and bless you and everyone else on this channel ❤

I have been eating only once/day for quite awhile, sometimes not hungry for a meal all day -- yet feel my usual level of health or better -- and have wondered why. I will have to try to wrap my head around the 12-hour day thing. My sleep cycles HAVE been pretty wonky, recently sometimes cycling every 4 hours..
