Some of them could be linked together as one logical ending, but definitely not all of them...

When you think about it. Lex Luthor and Zod's endings can actually be good. Lex Luthor only hated Superman for both Supes being alien and humanity depending on him, but he actually cared about the advancement of humanity. If Zod rebuilt Earth to be like Krypton, that means a new age of technological advancement for humanity. Not sure about Scorpion.

not endings for the original story mode, but a single player mode where you would mindlessly fight a list of heroes in order, ending with superman. at the end of each, it would give these cut scenes as a "reward" for winning. i personally thought a lot of them were kinda stupid and didn't like it that much....though that may be just because Deathstroke's was REALLY boring and he is my favorite character...soo....
So, wait: If Ares beats up Superman, Batman turns the entire world into a utopia. If Batman beats up Superman, he fixes up two cities. Riiight. And being the one to beat Superman doesn't actually matter to most of these endings, so they should all be occurring simultaneously. So, Batman builds a crime-free Utopia, (except with all the assassinations Deathstroke, Metal Hawkgirl, and Lobo keep doing) but then Killer Frost ices over half the world, and Red Grundy, Doomsday, and Black Adam's apocalypses all wipe out everything left, while Sinestro goes off and presumably takes over the universe. Meanwhile, the guys who go back to their original dimension find that the Greek pantheon is going around killing everything and the Joker has started a terrorist organization the size of a small country, and some random weird shit happens to Green Lantern, but none of that matters because apparently everyone who went back went completely and totally insane except Shazam. On top of that, Grundy, Hawkgirl, and Zod all just randomly acquire new superpowers to make their ending work.
