What a great memory jogger . This w as a great show and bon hosting it is sheer icing on cake . His wit timing and professionalism oozes out ..just brilliant .
Never realised this programme appeared after Hughie Green presented it years before. Has anyone seen Bob Monkhouse, The Last Stand? Was his last public appearance, and I highly recommend viewing.
xanadon't singer Dorinda was flatter than than her bra.Terrapin & Terrapin, like Tommy Cooper died on stage and Annette Law's best impression would be my boot .
De botched to the hilt. But if you want to see how far more one can get, just check out Sexy Red rap songs and her videos out, there’s no end to the depths of depravity.
Look - FAKE mics... Radio mics are bigger so as to house their batteries. Even by today's standards of technology, the sennheiser models, among others used by nearly all tv shows are still quite large compared to those connected to cable. Shame because that proves they are lipsyncing !
No way did the father and son get more points than the female singer? Obviously the audience were deaf, because they were terrible. She was definitely better.

Bob was the Guvnor. Hugely missed.
Kikis theme tune was perfect too
I used to watch this program from NL and loved it. Rosser and Davies were/are great!
Were lol. Split years ago.
Johnny Casson is hilarious. One of the very best, no doubt.
about as funny as bowel cancer.
My next door neighbour was on this show back in the day. He played the piano.
The days when great shows like this didn't fake things like today's versions
Thank you Adrian for sharing this program. I remember watching this with my parents such happy memories.
My Dad & Brother were Turpin & Turpin :)
I kept trying to adjust the tracking
I tried to adjust my sense of humour, but I realised there was nothing wrong with it.
@ Funny as fuck, NOT
Apt description of this pile of crap @@christopherth
Anyone know what happened to Annette Law?
Returned to Australia.
Exactly the same fate Kerry Wilson, another Opportunity Knocks! contestant who thought she could do impersonations - failure.
How times change.

I wonder what happened to all these acts.
Jonny Casson was great

They gave Hughie Green a credit of programme consultant and word was he was never approached to consult on anything

Comedians die many times before their deaths.
People were so easily pleased back then 😂
What pleases you?
I’m intrigued to know.
Oh my. I didn't know that Jonny Carson started there. He was great.
Didn't get to the final though!!
What became of Dorinda?
What Date Is This.
a different age, I hope tv is better now...as I do not watch it 🤑🙃
No! Most of it is rubbish now.
It's far worse I'm afraid

They should have done a 28-episode one-off season reboot in 3 January-10 July 2004 after Bob Monkhouse passed away
It's almost as if punk rock didn't happen.
Cabaret Land - :(
