Tig welding a bike frame made from alloy steel tubing.
.032" wall tubing welded with both er70s-2 and weldmold 880 tig welding rod.
After welding, welds were put to the test with a big hammer. Most welds held up without fracturing except where the bottom bracket was welded to the tubes facing the rear.
