that mover law is needed in my state. The amount of people in the shoulder on the parkway because something happen with there car. Me and my family were heading to Cape May, that is a 3 hour drive since I live north in the state and what happened was the car had an issue and we called Honda and they said maybe check out. My mom trying to get out was really scary as there were cars so close and we could feel the car move as they sped by. luckily she never got hit and the car broke the moment we got to the hotel. but yea that mover law should be in jersey
