    This is big wisdom. I feel blessed to read these teachings about how to act on disrespectfull behavour, toxic relationsships, Selfcompassion and compassion. And the importance of Mindfulness. I am a Christian. This is a wondefull teaching in th central words from Jesus - Love your nearer as love youself ♥️.
