Lots of ways to use Stampin' Up! Metallic Enamel Effects.

This is a product that is so fun to play with if only you had some ideas! I have some for you!!!! I had a fun play with this in preparation for an in person technique class and I also learnt a lot from the ladies who attended - they are very arty and love to play!!
