Jojo and Benny are 2 of the best drummers on this planet. That was amazing. The thing that makes these guys so good is their control. They can blaze around a kit so fast they'd set it on fire but they retain that and just get groovy and dynamic as hell. Great great great great...great video.

These 2 drummers are so amazing. Yet I can't help but think of this as 2 boxers who are both so good that they don't know how to fight each other, so they just bob and weave forever. I love both of these guys but this collaboration was surprisingly mild in it's entertainment factor.
These guys are the best in in their style of drumming which are in different rays of the spectrum. Which IMO takes a little time to get use to each other and find common ground.

Nop, wrong indeed. You could, at most, argue that Jojo is playing more straight and Benny has more swing in it, which may to you be the difference between clinical and musical. But anyone with his mind straight won't say either one of them is the more musically talented one, that's insane. But unless you have standards by which I could measure musicality, that you could explain to me, that would be great.
Ok, give your definition of musicality. :) And i did not intend to classify or who is the best or better. Just watch Jojo Dvd and Benny Dvd. And may be, you may understand what i mean. And don't forget to enjoy it.

you sould spend more time watching these guys dvds then, if you havent. jojo is basicly showing only the technique and benny just explores the musicality of the drums as a whole and all of his exercises are in a great musical contex. still they are both great musicians tho and two of my fav drummers!!
