Well, they are both amazing. Both have chypre nuances. If you want a more ambery style chypre I would go with Baz, if you want more incense, dryer, with a ton of leather Abjar. Knowing you are a fan of Roja Diaghilev, Test both, but in special Baz. Both are extremely complex scents

Are you considering to get some of the 5 Areej le Doré Classic fragrance re-releases? I have only Ottoman Empire III. Have never smelled Russian Oud, Siberian Musk, Chinese Oud and Walimah. How would you rank them from 1 to 5?
@@M4cKr0N Hello, thanks to your recommendation I’ve worn on skin yesterday Baz, Abjar, Narjesi and Haibah and all of them are fantastic. Really enjoyed wearing them. Narjesi was 3 sprays on my neck and WOW for the first 3 hours it was the best Rose fragrance I’ve tried. I also find Rose is amazing in Beauty and the Beast (never tried Malik Al Taif) and the best true Rose Oud for me is Triad by Bortnikoff (Oud Maximus Autumn’19 and Ottoman Empire III by ALD are also fantastic). I have pure Taif Rose oil (bought in Istanbul) and Roses in Narjesi smells as natural as my pure oil and quite similar. I wore all of them also on my hands 1 spray of each and felt like a Sultan (7 sprays total) 😁 Haibah is the most similar to Oud out of all of them, but kinda a bit fresher and easier to wear. Baz and Abjar are amazing very powerful fragrances, loved the smell and performance, I could smell them a bit after 1,5h training in swimming pool 🏊♂️ I don’t know from which notes I get something similar accord in Baz like in Amouage Memoir Woman and Amour de Palazzo by Jul et Mad and I love that. I don’t find Baz similar to Diaghilev in smell, love them both. Abjar is one of the finest leather fragrances I’ve ever smelled. If I was rich I would have bought all 4 of them. @@juliscent so happy you got to try them. Second gen overall is fantastic! Agreed on haibah and Oud, similar, but in the drydown haibah gets more ambery and earthy. Baz and Abjar are bombs. So complex and full body. Abjar to me has an amazing incense note too. Narjesi is incredible honestly, is necessary to go to indie artisanal to find stuff to that level. Expensive stuff, but people pay more for Rojas and BTV lol. As far as triad and oud maximus, both are 2 of my favorites from the collection, the rose in triad is just Mind bliwing go me, probably my favorite rose I have tried. Oud maximus I own the same bottle you do, definitely a masterpiece of Oud… Waiting for your review now of the Classics collection by ALD 😁. I also got my set!! Hooe you are doing well and thanks for your great response!

I guess we gotta be careful with our Oud and skanky fragrances 😅

She almost stealed my bottle of Roja Sweetie Aoud 😅 Maybe this horse fields reminds us of the great childhood memories? Congratulations with Oudh Infini 🥳 I can’t wear it all the time, it’s quite polarizing for me) I wouldn’t wear Oudh Infini to the office or date 😂

You guys need a sample of Haibah by SOD. They use the same oud used here, but more complex, earthy, leathery and ambery. My favorite SOD
