Hi Mike great video, you wouldn't expect to see that many freights in 95 minutes anywhere these days. I thought the 777 move was a great catch. Thanks for showing.
Colin it looked like I picked the right morning to get up early, not seen any class 777 moves from the south before. I was well pleased with the extra working I got. Cheers Mike.
Mike what an advert for UK railfreight this video is. I know it's sporadic and not always like this at most places but sometimes you get these 1 or 2 hours of great action. Top video, as always first class from you 👍🏻
Thanks Ben your comments I really do appreciate, I think I had a bit of good luck that morning with the extra workings but yes you are right from a advert point of view.
Great video Mike, that was the busiest I've seen Northampton in such a short time period for freight! Good catch with the Merseyrail units and the 87 too. Regards, Andrew.
Great video..busy there for freight 😀👍🏽 Its one of the few places I have never visited or been through..Northampton 🤔 It looks very interesting there 👀🤔👍🏽
Yes , no 90s , but the electrics you did capture were very good. Lets hope they are getting their stock overhauled and back in service . The emus are always good 👍👍 . Thank you Mike
Super video Mike. The I/C set really did look smart. Had a couple of hours at Northampton about a fortnight ago. Sadly the weather wasn't as good as yours. Well done mate. Stay safe 🤓 💙
excellent shots there 👍it was busy I see you saw the 777 drag very nice sadly i couldn't see it as it went through Ashford at 02:50 in the morning 😠 all i saw was the barrier wagons coming back to dollands moor yesterday afternoon
Great video Mike seemed that 95 minute period was worth it. Reason why 4M45 is now shed vice 90s is whatever works 4L60 the previous night runs back hopes this answers your question. :)
Spectacular that Mike! Wow it was busy haha! Magnificent shots and captures there! Superb sounds and workings! Amazing action and variety! I loved the top and tailed engineer with the autoballasters! Nice 777 drag, they only come round here (the closest they come to here is Kirby) at the most terrible times unfortunately! Some of the shots you get Mike are wonderful! Great stuff! Top class! No faults at all! Well done! Great work! Excellent detailing and camera work and detail! Very busy there, you chose a good time to go! 66541 was also great, 66559 sounded awesome! and same with the Very nice indeed! Looooooooooooooooved it! Really enjoyed, thanks for sharing! Take care, have an awesome day and all the best! Jamie
Agreed, but all the electrics have different characteristics and I find them all interesting including 350s, and that's why we can enjoy them all I think 🤔
@@antman09ful1 I just realised I wasn't totally clear earlier The west coast mainline is possibly Britain's busiest railway line But Northampton is a busy station, no argument there - top 5 or not
I really don't understand why the department of Transport allows that horrible Londonnorthwesternrailway livery, it's truly horrible and really puts me off using them 🤢
Hello from the USA 🇺🇸Love watching UK railroads!
Thank you very much for taking a look at my video Jack.
Really interesting and loads of variety too 🙂👍.
Thanks Ian, I had a very good morning as you can see.

Thank you very much Andrew, yes I picked a good morning as I wanted to film the 87, but forgot it would be pushing. Regards Mike.
Wow, indeed! Very busy and a great variety of trains. Great to see the InterCity train there.
Cheers Mervyn for your comment. ATB Mike.
Great video, i never realised Northampton is such a good location for so much freight!
Indeed it is at sometimes of the day ET. Thank you for taking a look.
Great stuff Mike.... Especially the network rail ballast train love the design of those wagons 👍
Mark I agree that was a nice extra to get, plus down platform one so it could rest in the sidings.
Relaxing rail… thanks AM
Glad you enjoyed it.
Worth going for 6x59 alone mate wished I could of seen that
Owain I was very pleased I had the chance to see this 6X59 as I have missed the moves in the past, like going to see them and it doesn't run.
Great video..busy there for freight 😀👍🏽 Its one of the few places I have never visited or been through..Northampton 🤔 It looks very interesting there 👀🤔👍🏽
Its all down to what time of day you decide to go matey. Thanks for your comment.

We shall see my friend what happens in the coming month, would be just brilliant if we got the class 86s back. Cheers Mike.

I will do my best Tony, did you nip down to NR station to see the 87.?
@@antman09ful1 yes it just started raining as it left but really impressed with the way it had been turned out. 🤓
Great viewing Mike. One freight working after the other.👍👍
Yes I picked a good morning to go David. Cheers Mike.
good catch with the 87, and i was 'like' 87 too, coincidence or what ! ?
Yes I also like them old class 87s. Thanks for watching.

That was a good working to get for me Barry as I hadn't had the chance to film it before and this was a long load.
Great video Mike. Is very nice that you film trains at Northampton once again and 66541 is actually go to London Gateway not Felixstowe.
Thanks for spotting my mistake Arnold.
TOP video 👍
Thanks for visiting my channel again Henk.
Great video as always Mike👍
Thanks 👍 very much ENC for watching, much appreciated your continued interest in my videos.

Yes I know about 4L60, I wonder who makes the decision not to use electric power. Thanks for taking a look, Mike.

@@antman09ful1 Anytime Mike and you too! Oh and a huge congratulations on 10K subs very well deserved! Cheers, have a great day! Cheers, Jamie
I'd definitely go for one of the Class 319 peak hour workings. They sound so much better than a 350.
Oh yes I would too, not just for the sound but I like older things when it comes to trains AT.
Agreed, but all the electrics have different characteristics and I find them all interesting including 350s, and that's why we can enjoy them all I think 🤔
@@antman09ful1 The 319s will be leaving LNWR which is a shame to see them go 😭😢
Enjoyabe watch from a busy Northampton
Yes I had a lucky morning I think Paul.
Great movie!
Thank you.
A well deserved breakfast Mike 🥩🍳🍟. If only all life was so easy . . .
Yeah Robert I get your comment with what's going on in other country's. Thanks for watching Mike.
Super great video Mike :)
Thank you very much as always Simon.
well done Mike.
Thanks Keith, hope all is ok with you.
Northampton was very busy
It was most morning in them days.
Feeding the Nation @9:07 every little helps..😛
Yes cheers.
This is possibly Britain's busiest railway
Well it’s in the top 5 I would say Keith.

Well someone must like it, all I will say is there are more bad livery's than good one's.
I love people being so enthusistic about northampton, but it’s terrible
Fair play.
Not a fan of 66’s
OK no worries.
