Sir i have a question for you if value of asset will be nil rated after continue charge of depreciation so in this case what will we do ?
And you are saying if asset purchase before Oct so full rate of dep will be charged on asset & opposite condition half rate but if asset purchase after Oct so next year full dep will be charged or half dep on asset ?

Sir jo bata rahe hai wo income tax k hisab se hota hai..agar aap koi asset ko 180 din se kam use karte hai during the year to jo depreciation hona chaiye uska aapko 50 percent allow hoga as per income tax..jab aap tally m accounts maintain karte hain tab aap koi dusra rate se bhi depreciation laga k apna account maintain kar sakte hai but fir usmi dikkat ye aigi ki aapko year end income tax k hisab se depreciation charge karke apna profit calculate karna hoga..Isliye starting se hi aap income tax k rate and rules k hisab se apne account maintain kare to dikkat nai hogi
