EAS Remake | Hurricane Katrina NWS Bulletin

This bulletin was issued on the morning of August 28, 2005, as an Inland Hurricane Wind Warning for southeastern Louisiana and southwestern Mississippi as Hurricane Katrina approached. While it was not broadcast over the EAS, I have re-created how it would've appeared on TV had that occurred.
