Out of curiosity, are the gauges still working and are the accurate enough ?

Hi Mate, Did you ever get the speedo hooked up? If so, how well does it work?
never wired in the speedo to the gauge. I assume it would be pretty good. It was a decent unit.

though in saying your gauges were stolen. i deffs recommend covering your number plates for videos, just cause your car is sorta a one of a kind street car and if people are seeing what you are putting in your car on youtube it will make it more of a target...
but still love these videos keep it up man
Thanks mate, I don't drive this car daily anymore because of that. Next car I get in a few months I will be very careful of covering the plates etc. Already leaked way to many pics of rego etc with this car hahha

With some difficulty yes. You'd need to lengthen the wires.

Hi have you had any trouble with this unit so far ? Thinking bout buying one for my 33
no trouble at all apart from the plugs are a bit flimsy and people like to step on them on track haha. mount in a secure location away from the footwell and you'll be fine. (the box that is)
Joel Harris hey thanks for the update and just another thing how accurate has the unit been ? Reviews say these fake units are not that accurate along with other things .This is for my street driven R33 350kw it's a sleeper so don't really want gauges everywhere but do need to keep a good eye on vitals ,it's either this or proper gauges which are 700 for 3
I haven't noticed anything off about it. The only way to prove this would be to hook up seperate gauges and see what they read.

Well worth it; even if it only works long enough for you to save for real gauges, it's better than blowing your HG
how much you pay for this fake defi kit? did it come with all the bits you needed? Where from? Considering getting it as well.
Paid around $200 I think, Comes with everything sensor wise you need. Depending on the car you may need to lengthen some wires for your application. The kit does not come with extra wire but comes with everything else you need. I bought it new of a guy in a facebook group so I cant really give you advice on where to get one

Yeah good except we messed up and wired the power straight to 12v instead of ignition so it flattened my battery hahahha. need to fix it but thats totally our fault

They were actually!! they tried to steal my car but couldn't so they ripped apart the interior
