Here in western part of Norway. The government want us to use studless winter tires. And you have to pay extra each year for having studs on your car. So I'm now using Nokian Hakkapeliitta without studs. By the way, plan to do a toolbox tour in the future?

Interesting to know about the fact you have to pay extra for the studed tires. Yes, I have plan someday to do a tour :)

Car repair, If your car is front wheel drive, is it illegal to put studded tire on the front only or do you have to do all 4.

I am not sure but i think it would be all 4 studded or studless :)

Why would you? That's the most dangerous car as you actually get moving and then your rear spins uncontrollably in some curve. At least with all 4 summer tires you quickly realise you shouldn't be driving at all

@@zen933 It not about doing that. The question is more about how the law is written.

How common are FACOM tools (France) in your area? Are they any good vs German?

Facom is not very common since its still expensive but well known. Facom has quite decent quality. Made in France Facom can be compareable with German made tools. I have few current ratchets (Taiwanes) and couple of ratchets and socket set from Facom made in France. Quality is top notch in my experience.
