    The outside loop is impressive, but there are so many other "beginner" planes out that handle better. That one reminds me of the Duet, which was my first plane and a huge disappointment. Glad I actually had the P-51 Mini Mustang along to actually learn to fly.

      Hey Jack! In Review Part 2 you'll get to see some better performance out of this Micro Beginner Parkjet. Stay tuned as I'm really liking this Beginner Parkjet ;-) It's a lot of fun ;-) Review Part 2 will be posted this Wednesday. See you in the Air!

    I’ve just got this plane and finding it hard to trim. Done some mechanical trimming. I find the problem is when you increase throttle the elevons lift. The Raptor F22 is far easier but I’ll keep trying with this one as you found it so good. Thanks again…I’ve subscribed and watch all your TH-cam vids.

      Thank you much!
      Yes, I love this little parkjet.
      I trim out almost all of the positive elevator as they have it setup to fly high alpha all the time.
      Trimming out that positive elevator lets me fly it without the high alpha.

      @@GroundControlRC so doing this solves the issue? if you trim out all the positive, you wouldnt be able to increase altitude, would you?

    • @GroundControlRC
      @GroundControlRC  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@gabetavv Yes, as you still have upward movement of the elevator.
      You can see how well it flies after the adjustment in the additional flight videos.

    Great review. It seems to be a good flyer, drifter and glider at the same time ;).

    Which one do you think is better fx935, xk a100, or kf605?

      I haven't flown the XK A100 but I do like the KF605 over the FX935.

    Hi, All these little planes seem to have very impressive stabilisation, in reality it would be almost impossible to fly these planes so slowly without this function would you agree. Can you link the receiver with the tx16s if you can it will interesting-to see how you get on particularly flying in manual mode, for me and my eyesight might be a step to far a flyaway would be on the cards.

    • @GroundControlRC
      @GroundControlRC  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Michael! These Gyros are pretty impressive and seem to get better and better. I would not be able to fly this slowly in Manual Mode without some considerable High Alpha. I also think High Alpha is harder to maintain with Elevons ONLY and no Ailerons. I can just about fly my GFS F-22 Micro V2 this slow with Elevons ONLY in High Alpha but it's an extremely stable airframe. I have not tried to Bind this up to the TX16S yet but I'll see if I can find a Protocol that will after the Review. Hopefully, I can get that working and do a follow-up with the TX16S ;-) I'm lucky at 58 years I still have pretty good eyesight or it would definitely be a challenge flying these Nano and Micro Plane.

      @michaelwheatland4565 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@GroundControlRC it will be good if the protocol is recognised by the tx16 that transmitter is a revelation. I also build lightweight, small vintage style models and I have ordered the Eachine micro receiver boards that they use in there warbirds ( they are very cheap) my hope is that they will open up the possibilities for both powering and stabilising these models and with the benefit of the tx16 providing control. This hobby seems to me to offer endless possibilities. Keep those videos coming they provide us with great entertainment and enthusiasm for this hobby. Thanks

      @@michaelwheatland4565 Thank you so much Michael! I agree, this Hobby keeps getting better and better and I'm glad I discovered it even at a much later stage in life. You're right, having the electronics and gyros for these micro planes to use in other projects opens up many more possibilities ;-) See you in the Air!

      My old Air Hogs F-14 did not have gyros and was easy to fly. Admittedly it was differential thrust only and did not have an active elevator. Example: thumbs.worthpoint.com/zoom/images3/1/1113/13/air-hogs-14-tomcat-rc-remote-control_1_d2d61df4746ebb1da4c471f6e297ef23.jpg
