Do you know how to set up a meeting on the first and third Tuesday of every month for a three-month period? There has to be a way, but can't figure it out!
It seems that we are only able to set up meetings currently for just one recurrence at a time (so you can do the first Tuesday of the month, but not the third Tuesday at the same time).
Is there a way to edit the title of the meeting after the first session. For Ex: Financial Lit. Wk. 1. Then after week one I'd like to edit the 2nd meeting to say Financial Lit. Wk. 2. Can that be done with the same link?
Thank you. To schedule a meeting for Tue and Thurs of the same week, click on the option below the date that says "Does not repeat". Select "Custom". Select to repeat every 1 week - you will now see the letters for the days of the week. Select Tue and Thurs, and then set an end date - if it is for just those two days in one week, then the end date would be for the Thurs of the week of the meetings.
Hello, Thanks for the video. I have only one question. What if I just want to have the recurring meeting till a certain period of time, like in October. Can I give a start - end schedule?
Hi, yes. If you click on the "Does not repeat" drop-down, you will see an option that says "Custom". Select that, and in the window that appears, you will see that you have the option to select an End Date.
Hello Ms. Rodriquez, your video is very helpful. I'm having difficulty scheduling a meeting that occurs every Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. I know that I'm missing a step.
Hello. When you are setting up your meeting, select the "Does not repeat" drop-down menu, and click Custom. Change the "Repeat every 1 day" to "Repeat every 1 week", and now you can custom select which days this one meeting will repeat for.
when you set up your meeting, you will see an option below the date that says “Does not repeat”. Click on that drop down, and select “Every weekday” - this will ensure that weekends are not selected. Click on the drop down arrow again, and select “Custom” to set an end date. You can also skip the “Every weekday” selection, and select “Custom”. Select to repeat every 1 week - you will now see the letters for the days of the week, and you can select each day of the week you would like the recurring meeting to appear on.
Hello,
Thanks for this video. It is very easy to understand.
When you create an event series is there 1 link that works for each meeting in series? Or different links per class? Thanks. Teams is very confusing.
One link for the entire series. They should be able to click on the same link for every single occurrence of the meeting.
