Question. I am trying to set up a recurring meeting, last Thursday of every month. It's pretty straight forward, my question is the black # months option. Should this just be set to 1, and that would indicate it's once a month until your time period ends?
What can i do if i plan an recurring meeting in a resource room, but the out of the for example 25 meetings that i planning. one day the resouce room is not avaiable. it will cancel all my meetings then (even the ones that are just valid and free to be booked). Why its not cancling that only one invite that cant be set because the room is already busy? Is there something to fix this problem? i cant check the resource room calander my self to find wich is blocking my request..
