  • Kallax balls are grazing food for Shrimp. This balls grow a layer of biofilm that can feed your shrimp 24/7. Follow this easy steps for success: 1.) Soak in RO water for 3-5 days prior to putting in the tank while replacing the water once or twice a day for fresh water 2.)Replace them every 30 days as they will start smelling after 30 days. Cut back a bit on feedings as the shrimp will now have a ton of biofilm to feed on daily. Enjoy seeing your shrimp eat! Thank you for watching. Like & Subscribe!

Excited to see the 30 day update on these. I’ve seen similar products in videos/articles before but never tried any myself. Hoping for some good results!

It will be interesting if they increase breeding in your tanks. So far so good though

They basically are lubao. I’ve never heard of Kallax but lucky aquatics sells the smaller lubao balls under the name kallax. Not sure why. I bought them and they’re the same thing basically as the lubao

As I mentioned in the video they just have different names bro. Lubao are for >10 gallons or >50 shrimp. Kallax balls are just smaller. Same thing. Different names
