I find that white & green color palette is the most soothing. I also think the random colors of pale yellow, blue or lavender accentuates the white & green beautifully. I hope you do another garden tour when the lilies are blooming! Thank you for this tour.

Thank you so much for your kind words. The hostas stay in their pots, but they are place in a sheltered spot, where they are not exposed to all the winter wet. Most perennials do not mind the frost - it is too much standing water that they do not tolerate.
Hi Claus, now that it's time to bring plants in, would you tell us how to save leaf cuttings. I believe you talked about saving Silver Plectranthus by leaves. I'm wondering how to overwinter my Senecio Angel Wings.
Mr Dalby, why aren't you a painter? I love and study art, and have not found a single painter whose eye for colour and colour combinations matches yours. But don't stop gardening - you'll have to squeeze painting time in between!
Hi, I noticed you have hops growing with your climbing roses on your arbour, do you cut down your hops every year and let them grow from the ground each spring? If you do how hard is it to untangle them from the rose? I also have an arbour with hops, each autumn I cut them down to the ground but was wondering if it’s suitable to grow a climbing rose with them or would you say it’s a bit tricky to maintain? Thank you so much for your kind comment. I do not find it tricky at all to grow the two side by side - I simple cut back the hops when pruning the roses.
The gardens looking great as always, I don't grow lillies anymore as I had lots and I luv them but the lilly beetles decimated all my plants, so now I don't grow them but luv looking at other people's. Do you get lilly beetles 🪲 how do you approach that ?
