It is always a pleasure to meet you in your Videos! Especially in those depressive and awful times when bad things happen all over the World. Thank you!!!!
Thank you for another wonderful video. I never thought I would like orange so much, but it is the clever different shades and contrasts that I enjoyed so much. Thank you for the lovely music, my favourite.
Thank you again Claus. I love your garden. I look forward to your videos. They’re so relaxing and they make my heart sing. Blessings to you and your family 🙏🏾
Mr Claus: Just found your channel. Your gardens are absolutely delightful I truly enjoy watching your videos. You are a true inspiration to the garden world.
Mr. Dalby, I watch a lot of garden channels, but I have to say, yours are really put together nicely. I so love how you go the extra mile to edit previous seasons into the new videos. I'm really glad you started the English speaking channel.
Thanks for showing the May and June footage where we were able get a glimpse of just how many pots it takes to make such a fulsome display. I think I counted sixty containers!
Your last video about white color dahlia impressed me n I ordered some tubers for next year. Today I made more lists of dahlias.:) I am looking forward to the video to show how to keep the tubers in winter. Thank you so much.
I’m amazed at the beauty of your container plantings the combination of flowering and foliage is unique. I’ve learned so much from your videos especially the combining plants at the entrance.
Your garden brings me so much joy whenever you share it with us. Please continue to take us along with your journey in gardening. I would encourage you to put out english language vesions of your books. We would be very pleased to see your work in print.
Oh my goodness always a treat! I echo most of the comments! And I just adore the dog gently strolling up with his ball! Looking forward to instructions on how to store these beautiful dahlias! (and yes, I too missed the signature "goodbye, goodbye" !)
Thanks for sharing some of the details and mechanics of your garden rooms. I love the sunset colors of your dahlias. Thank you for listing in the description box a list of all the plants featured in this video. That allows me to get the names but also enjoy the video. I’m lucky enough not to have to dig up and store my dahlias. Thanks
Love the way Claus mixes with the foliage and blooms in his pots. I find that my pots must be watered everyday because they have very small soil reservoir. I too water my garden and pots by hand as well….but did you say 8-10 hours a day to water all your plants?! Wow…amazing Claus…I work full time so definitely not something feasible for me but just goes to show how dedicated you are to the garden. Love everything about your garden…TFS…💚🪴🙏
If you would be so kind to tell us where you get your dahlias? Every time you show us a different part of your garden that one becomes my favorite. Everything is just so gorgeous. You continue to outdo yourself
Truly beautiful array of colors, textures and movement. So inspiring to see. I must say this is my first season of planting dahlias in the ground- and my limited experience is that they put on a greater show in the ground as opposed to pots. Perhaps we need more videos from you with step by step planting, fertilizing and watering techniques used just for pots ?
Yes Please, I would like a step by guide too. Also showing the size of tubers going into the pots and size of pots needed to for successful growing. A few of dahlias in pots are showing stunted growth and yellowing of the leaves. ? Overwatering but do feed them. I always look forward to your videos your so inspiring. Thank you so much.
Simply stunning Claus.🌷 Thank you for sharing your time with us. Learning so much from your videos. My garden is waking up now as it is almost Spring here in Australia. Kind regards, Jill 🌺🌸
I loved seeing the plants in your display in more detail. The colors are beautiful and thank you for providing the names, although that is a problem since I now have more to add to my ever growing dahlia list. 🙂🧡
This video was so informative! Loved the flashbacks to compare. You are the master of design. Love your videos so much that I’m already worried about what you’ll post after the growing season.
Looking forward to the bulb planting . I tried one year and they all rotted. Every last one of them. Most likely gardener error. It got down to -25 for weeks followed by a really wet spring. The poor things didn't stand a chance unprotected. I am in absolute awe of what I have seen you do. I would love to see how you overwinter your dahlias.
I want to recommend you one plant that has a lime color. It's tobacco! No, you don't need to smoke it. It is very decorative. I'm in love with him. Large leaves of delicious color.
Hello Claus, I love dahlias and was surprised at the size of pots that you use for such impressive plants, I clearly use too large a size which makes filling with compost very expensive, what size pot do you think is the best to use. Looking forward to your English version book when available.
I like the June pot display very much but feel that your autumn dahlia display needs some contrast to give it a lift. Thanks for sharing your garden with us!
Another fascinating video, Claus! I feel tired by the idea of watering pots for 8-10 hours every day :) It is interesting to see the different varieties you grow, many of which are not available here in England (but we have some which are probably not available in Denmark - my favourite new dahlia this year is 'Lou Farman', which the bees and wasps also enjoy.
Claus another gorgeous arrangement of fabulous pots. I do love dahlias especially the cacti style ones. I have them in the ground here in Kyneton 1 hour north of Melbourne Vic Australia and mulch them up but still occasionally lose one that rots out. I am interested in the ninebarks you have in pots too. I have watched Laura in Oregon with ninebarks that grow quite big. How long could I expect to be able to grow a ninebark in a pot for please
I think orange with yellow or red or burgundy seems like Fall. If you had combined orange with pink then it would look more like spring. I love pink and orange because it reminds me of a lovely sunset.
Wow! How do you keep your dahlias so happy in pots? Mine do nicely in the ground but the ones I’ve put in pots have never thrived in the same way. I want to line the stone rim of my driveway with potted plants so that I always come home to a cheerful sight.
Your gardens are so beautiful! The colors and textures are so well blended. I like the way you add furniture to your garden. Do you have a resource for your little garden stools? Also, your plant supports interest me, if they are available to order on-line, for those of us in the U.S. Thank you!
I garden in zone 8B. And per your comments, decided to grow some of my dahlias in pots. I love that idea, and it had never crossed my mind. I had terrible success. Those in the ground do great. But the ones in pots began growth and then just sat, stunted with no upward growth and no blooms. I think it is a soil issue. Do you have some tips for what soil to use? I purchased container soil from a landscape company and supplemented it with bagged soil from Home Depot. Thanks, hope to have better luck in 2022.

Sorry, but I have to correct you is Fullsome, not fulsome, which means something else.
thank you, Claus. greetings from Warsaw

Could you do a video on your recommended pot size and types? Terracotta, clay … ? What size are the majority of your pots in your garden? 🪴
Love all of these gorgeous colours heading into Fall.
Glad you like them!
Absolutely Love Your choices in color combinations! What artistry!
I love the colors you use in the garden. Beautiful!

Sorry to hear that
Kathy, Laura from Garden Answer has a video on that. She recommended Claus so I feel it's ok to mention her.
🥰🥰🥰
Claus, your dahlias are magnificent. I would love to have Waltzing Matilda but it doesn't seem to be available here in Australia.
Sorry to hear that
I want to recommend you one plant that has a lime color. It's tobacco! No, you don't need to smoke it. It is very decorative. I'm in love with him. Large leaves of delicious color.
Thank you very much - I grow quite a few different tobacco plants every year.
