same with the bed situation, i dream quite often about weird stuff lol but I over look it & I love my feet hanging out the cover as well to cool my body down while I sleep and I love the room to be cold as well , thanks for these tingles I needed it because I’m try to fix my sleeping schedule as we speak , it’s so bad 😂❤.

I also have those dreams where you know you’re dreaming. The worst is that seeing as I’m always being chased in dreams, I ended up being kinda eaten alive by it a few times to wake up

I am ALWAYS aware that iam dreaming, and i usualy want to stay for a bit because i dont want to wake up to be TIRED AS. I just tell my self to wake up OVER AND OVER again, when i do wake up though, i open my eyes and open it again. Its very wired, but i am SO GLAD to be AWAKE😂😂

I have never been aware of a dream but I often have the opposite experience where I am asleep but everything feels real. Like I would be doing normal things, waking up, taking a shower, brushing my teeth and then something bad will happen but it will be such a realistic thing like being late to something important that I truly feel like it actually happened. Then, when I wake up it takes me a while to figure out if what I dreamed was a dream or real life... its very weird.

There's different flowers and plants you can take before bedtime as teas. You should get a book or ask a herbalist! It will help you sleep better
