I moved to Alberta in Dec 2019 and I'm still waiting for a Paul Brandt tour. Went to see him in Thunder Bay, Ontario in Feb. 2019 and i would pay again ❤
Love Paul Brandt and love the CPO, but just the same with this concert, as it was when we saw Johnny Reid in Concert with the CPO at Christmas, the drum kit completely overpowers the entire Orchestra and indeed everybody else on stage, even the main singer. It's just far too loud by comparison no doubt made worse by the plexiglass shield behind the drummer. Its not a good combo and so I wonder if the music especially the percussion wouldn't be better performed by just the orchestra letting the drummer sit this concert out.
90s country will surely be the best decade for country music. RIP country music.
