Hi Irish. I’ve watch your old vlogs before hope you dont mind but if i remember it right, you mentioned that you diabetic pero buti pa kayo ni Sach pwede kumain ng sweets, since pandemic tumaas ang A1C level ko from 6.1 to 6.5 to 6.6 so I was recently diagnosed as prediabetic/diabetic. Maingat naman ako sa pagkain pero dahil more than 2 years na kong work from home, wala akong masyadong exercise like walking, dati everyday nag aaverage ako ng 6,500 to 7,000 steps ako daily then my goal is 10,000 steps, na nagagawa ko pag weekend dahil sa walking sa mall. Now i prefer to eat sugar free food and drinks, nakakasad, aside from being pricey konti pa ang choices and mostly di masarap. Ingat kayo palagi and God bless. sorry ang haba nito, nakwento ko lang naman . Lol.
Hello jasmine. Short answer is pasaway (proud pa? Hahaha) prediabetic dn ako, so i do maintenance meds. Tapos doing blood sugar once every quarter, medyo controlled naman sya… pero kasi nga i take meds and pasaway nga.. thats all i can say.. hahahaha… iingat tau lagi
@@MeMyselfIrish Hi Irish. Ako din ay gusto ng resetahan ng metformin pero sabi ko wag muna at baka medyo makuha pa ng diet at exercise. Hahaha gusto pa tumawad. Thanks always for taking time to reply. I appreciate it. Pa shout naman uli pag may time.
